Not all Chicken Parm is created equal. We make our Chicken Parmigiana with locally sourced chicken fileted and pounded for optimum tenderness. Then we lightly bread and sautée and top with our Neopolitan Marinara Sauce and a combination of Mozzarella and Pecorino Romano Cheeses. All you have to do is pop in the oven.
